JUFEBA is well known to the bakery business. All over the world many bakers work successful with JUFEBA every day. All machines, devices and corresponding equipment provide a technical quality and reliability, as a base for brilliant bakery products. JUFEBA-Quality has tradition since over 50 years. Already 1950 Erich Meinass founded the Jupiter – Factory in Northern Germany.
The bakery equipment production began with the development of Doughnut Fryers Series TK. Following: Food and Chocolate Warmers, Pretzel Baking Ovens and Leaching Machines.
Since that time JUFEBA-Products are characterized by quality, reliability and durability. In 1982 Günther Heim acquired the company and continued the business under the name Heim Gerätebau GmbH.
In the eighties the development and production of the Doughnut Fryers Series WW and WW-A as well as of the cream cookers began.
In the nineties the Automatic Doughnut Fryers Series AF followed. Since 2003 the Continuous Doughnut Fryers Series UFD with a capacity up to 2800 pastries per hour are available.
The next management change took place in 2007. Since then Mathias Schulz continued the business under the name Heim Gerätebau GmbH & Co. KG.
